Where is ShinSen located?

ShinSen is located in the ZoiA Wing of the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino, offering a serene and sophisticated setting in the heart of Palm Beach, Aruba. Guests can enjoy easy access from the resort lobby and stunning views that complement the dining experience.

Do you accommodate dietary needs or allergies?

Yes. Please notify your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you arrive. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of our Japanese culinary artistry.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is resort casual. We invite guests to embrace a relaxed yet refined style that complements the elegance of our dining experience.

Are you kosher certified?

We are not kosher certified. However, Piccolo, also located within the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino, is proudly kosher certified under the strict supervision of Chabad Aruba.

What does ShinSen mean?

ShinSen is inspired by two Japanese characters: shin (新) meaning “new” and sen (鮮) meaning “fresh.” Together, they represent our philosophy of purity, clarity, and balance in every bite.

Do you accept large groups?
